  • Absolutely! This program is designed for all levels. If you’re new to core training or healing after childbirth, you can start with Package 1 or the beginner option in Package 2. If you’ve done my programs before, Package 2 (Intermediate) or Package 3 will challenge you even further.

  • No, you do not need a gym membership! All workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. If you prefer the gym, you can incorporate these workouts into your routine there.

  • For the best experience, I recommend:

    ✔️ A yoga mat for comfort

    ✔️ A light to medium dumbbell (optional but great for strength progression)

  • Yes! Every package includes a nutrition guide to help you make the best food choices for optimal results. Package 3 includes a customized nutrition plan tailored to your specific goals.
